By accessing or using Canadian Football Rules Reference (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the Application.
2. Description of Service
The Application provides a bilingual (English/French) reference for Canadian amateur football rules, covering both flag and tackle football. It includes search functionality and an AI-powered question-and-answer assistant.
Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice or an official interpretation of any rulebook.
3. User Accounts
Access to certain features requires an account. You may sign in using your Google or Facebook account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access and all activities conducted under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
- Disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Application
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Application's content without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
Rulebook content belongs to the respective sports governing bodies. The Application's code and presentation are owned by its operators. You may not reproduce content without prior authorization.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. The Application may be interrupted or modified without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
8. Third-Party Links
The Application may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
